My main mission!

Lebanon has several social issues. Many that need more than a 16 - 17 year old teenager to solve it, which is why I picked one social issue that is entirely important to me and I think I am able to actually fix it or at least reduce it. 

Dirty beaches!
As I mentioned before, Lebanon is bordered by the Mediterranean from the west, a very pure, beautiful sea. Unfortunately, people do not realize the value of having clean beaches that will help keep the sea clean, and keep people coming to it! There's trash all over the place, no body appreciates the meaning of having a "clean evening at the beach". Many Cleaning campaigns have taken place for several years, but there was no point because the next day, even the people who helped cleaning the beach, were the ones who threw trash there again. 

I would contact all my peers to help me run another, but this time beneficial, campaign to gather people and go to my town's beach for a clean up. I will also try my best to let this campaign be sponsored by a company or a tv channel that would help spread the word even wider! Our motto will definitely be: let's give sand a hand!

I would really love to go to the beach and just lay down without worrying about what kind of rotten food might be in the sand or even swim without having the concern of getting a cut by a floating can! I am sure a lot of people feel the same way about this thing and I really hope I can do something about it.

Enjoy the sand and sparkling sea; put trash where it's supposed to be!
